On Point Research has completed over 100 research projects for small to mid-sized companies in New England – many of them seeking to commercialize early stage products or services. We have also completed projects for two Fortune 500 companies, and we have ongoing relationships to serve the specialized research needs of several state economic development agencies.
 Principal researcher Jane John has a Masters in Library and Information Science and 20+ years of experience in information research. Before starting On Point Research in 2001, she worked ten years for a government contract R&D firm where she created and managed a five-person Custom Research Group for a technology department. She has also worked in the corporate library departments of an association of cities and counties, and a national environmental organization.
